"Outstanding Product and Service from MSPA"
I got myself a hot tub during the lockdown, and after a long, tough day at work, I started depending on a soak in it to unwind.
The tub had a small issue, but I can't say enough about the fantastic customer support I got. They were quick to fix it, super informative, and really went the extra mile to sort things out. Communication was top-notch all the way. Honestly, this has been the best company I've worked with in the last three years.
Big thanks to them for making everything so easy, especially to Chris.
As for the hot tub, it’s a deluxe model that fits six people, and it’s just the right size. It’s simple to put together, incredibly relaxing, and a breeze to operate.

"Purchased our MSPA Tuscany while in lockdown..."
Snagged our MSPA Tuscany during the lockdown and it turned out to be a fantastic buy. A couple of years down the line, we ran into some heater issues from regular use, so we set up a repair since it was out of warranty. Chris and the crew provided top-notch customer service, and they got the unit fixed and sent back to us super quick, all working like a charm again - big thanks!

"Just got the Tuscany Hot Tub..."
I recently bought the Tuscany Hot Tub through John Lewis, and there were a few hiccups during delivery. I gotta say, the customer support from John Lewis, along with Tyler and Chris at M Spa, made it super easy to get the replacement parts. Now, the hot tub is all set up and running like a dream. It's a fantastic product, and the customer service was top-notch. Tyler got back to me quickly and handled my issues like a pro, keeping me in the loop the whole time. Big thanks to them! I’d definitely recommend this hot tub for its solid build quality, and the personal touch in customer service was a breath of fresh air.

"This is even worse than a budget paddling..."
This is even worse than a budget paddling pool when it comes to emptying and cleaning. It takes roughly an hour to drain, and then you gotta flip it upside down to really clean out the jets. Every time I set it back down, there's an issue with the filter. Clearly, the pipes have been jostled during all this. Definitely my worst buy ever.

Even after coming across some pretty terrible reviews regarding customer service at mspa, my experience has been the complete opposite. They've been super helpful, really attentive, and most importantly, they've effectively sorted out any problems I've had. I can't express enough gratitude for their polite and friendly approach.

"Warranty is a joke"
I've been attempting to secure a replacement liner for a mspa starry that I purchased from Camping World for my son's therapy, which has been used just a few times before it tore at the seam beneath the control box. After being shuffled between various departments, I was informed that they had no liners available. This happened back in August/September, and now it's December. My emails are being ignored, and nobody seems to be picking up the phone at mspa customer service. I'm completely appalled by this level of service.

"A Joyful Surprise for Mom"
I got my order right on schedule, just 3 days later. I surprised my mom with the delight silver cloud for 6 people on her birthday!

"Used my mspa tekapo for 4 months and then..."
I've been using my mspa tekapo for four months when it suddenly stopped functioning, showing an F1 error code. Chris from mspa sent me a video on how to take out the motor and set up a pickup for it on Tuesday. By Friday of that same week, I got the repaired motor back. Awesome service!

"Fantastic appearance and functions flawlessly"
This is the second MSPA inflatable hot tub we've had. We decided to get another since the first one was top-notch and held up for years. Really dig the hidden heater/pump design, especially compared to other brands that sport that bulky egg on the outside. It looks amazing and is a real joy to enjoy.

Huge thanks to Chris over at MSpa. Our hot tub's filter gave out just as the warranty was ending, but MSpa handled it like champs. Sure, it took a bit for the repaired filter to arrive, but hey, everyone’s dealing with supply chain hiccups these days. I gotta say, they offer solid value and are a pleasure to work with.

"Just got a Mono Spa and I'm thrilled!"
I just got a Mono Spa and I'm really happy with what I got. There was a tiny hiccup though, as the inflatable bladder was losing air. I reached out to the company, and they responded right away and sent me a replacement. Excellent service!

"Had trouble with their site but..."
We had a hard time getting onto their website to get the broken piece for our hot tub, so we decided to give them a call. They were super helpful and sent us the part we were after. Thank goodness for good ol' phone service and talking to real people. The internet can be a bit tricky for us older folks. Can't quite remember what day it was.

"Awesome product and fantastic support"
I've been using an MSPA Tekapo for a couple of years now and I'm loving every soak. Recently, the filter pump and heater started showing an E1 error. After trying the usual fixes, I reached out to customer support to ask about repair costs, only to find out it was just barely still under warranty. Big shoutout to Chris and the crew. They set up the pickup, fixed it up, and got it back to me just in time for me to put it together and have the tub ready for the long weekend. Amazing service. They kept me updated throughout the process. I can't thank you enough, Chris.
